Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: January 1st, 2026

At MBE Ventures, we strive to deliver high-quality services and branded products. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are subject to the following refund and return guidelines.


1. All Sales Final (General Policy)

All purchases made through MBE Ventures are considered final sale unless otherwise stated in this policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


2. Service-Based Purchases (Non-Refundable)

All service-related payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Property maintenance packages
  • Handyman services
  • Project management services
  • Landscaping and exterior work
  • Branding and consulting services

Once a service is scheduled, initiated, or completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.


3. Deposits & Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable and required to secure scheduling
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations may result in loss of deposit and additional fees
  • No-shows may be subject to a full service charge

4. Physical Products (If Applicable)

For branded or retail products sold by MBE Ventures:

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect selection
  • Personal preference

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days:

Approved claims may result in:

  • Replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Refund (at our discretion)

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing from MBE Ventures, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

  • Immediate service termination
  • Permanent ban from future services
  • Recovery of associated fees and costs to the fullest extent permitted by law

7. Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • Processed within 5–10 business days
  • Issued to the original payment method
  • Subject to bank/provider processing times

8. Policy Updates

MBE Ventures reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
