All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Cancellations & Scheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance
  • Missed appointments or no-shows may be charged in full

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the worksite
  • Ensure utilities (electricity, water, etc.) are available if required
  • Disclose any known issues or hazards prior to service

MBE Ventures is not responsible for delays or damages caused by undisclosed conditions.

7. Product Sales

For any physical or branded products:

  • All purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy
  • Product availability and pricing may change at any time
