Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it has shipped

MBE Ventures reserves the right to delay or cancel any order due to:

Suspected fraud
Incorrect or incomplete information
Product availability issues

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Order size and weight
Shipping destination
Selected delivery method

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

MBE Ventures is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Delays caused by carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

6. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend
No refunds will be issued for incorrect address submissions
